according to Autonomy (who co-incidentally provide a solution to organise and index unstructured information). Autonomy claim that a manual, tagging solution is impossible, as it will cover 10% of information at best - how do we incorporate texts, voicemail etc? Automation is required, but keyword-based search (i.e. Google) is not good enough as it is fundamentally dumb, and does not take context into account.
